Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE)

The ECCE course is designed to train the applicants to work with children till the age group of 12 years.
The aim of the course is to help learners to develop knowledge, skills necessary to work with children and equip them to organise, manage child care centres, like creches, preschools, kindergarten, day care centres, anganwadis, NGOs. The objective of the course is to provide theoretical knowledge, understanding the principles of the ECCE.
The course provides overview to the philosophy, methodology, pedagogy along with practical training arranged from time to time. The course material along with books includes lectures by experts, presentations, videos.
Insights from social sciences-human development like economics, sociology, psychology, medicine, political science provides a holistic approach to ECCE.
